Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Instasize, Inc. (“Instasize,” “we,” “us”) for your use of Unamo, including unamo.ai, the Unamo app and Unamo’s text messaging program. By creating an account or using Unamo, you agree to them. If you use Unamo for an organization, you agree to them for that organization.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Unamo. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone has used it without your permission, tell us at support@instasize.com.

2. What Unamo does

Unamo is an AI assistant that works for you in the services you connect. When you ask it to do something, you authorize it to take the steps needed, within the access you’ve given it. Unamo asks for your approval before important actions, such as spending money, sending messages or changing data, unless you’ve chosen to allow an action without asking. You’re responsible for the instructions you give and for the actions you approve or allow.

3. AI results

Unamo uses AI models, which can make mistakes. Its answers and work may be inaccurate or incomplete, so review important results before you rely on them. Unamo doesn’t give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

4. Connected services

Connecting a service lets Unamo use it with the access you grant. Your use of each service is still governed by its own terms, and we’re not responsible for services we don’t run. You can disconnect a service at any time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you give Unamo and of the results it produces for you. You let us host, process and send that content only as needed to provide, maintain and secure Unamo. You’re responsible for having the right to use the content you provide.

Unamo’s text messaging program lets you text Unamo: start work, answer its questions, approve actions and get links to what it did.

8. Paid features

If Unamo offers paid features, their prices and payment terms are shown before you buy and apply to those purchases.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Unamo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, when needed to protect Unamo or others, or if we stop offering Unamo. We’ll tell you first when we reasonably can.

10. Disclaimers

Unamo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Instasize disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and doesn’t promise that Unamo will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Instasize won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Unamo. Our total liability for any claim about Unamo is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Unamo in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Unamo after that, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and Instasize agree to their jurisdiction.
