Text Unamo
Unamo’s text messaging program lets you text Unamo from your phone: start work, answer its questions and approve what it asks, without opening the app. The program is run by Instasize, Inc., which makes Unamo.
How to sign up
- Sign in to Unamo and choose Text Unamo in the menu.
- Enter your mobile number and tick the box to agree to get texts. The box is never ticked for you, and texting is optional.
- From that phone, text the code you’re shown, such as LINK 482915, to (231) 594-6807. That text confirms the number is yours, and Unamo replies:
- Unamo: this phone is linked to your account. Text this number anytime to reach Unamo. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

What Unamo texts you
Unamo texts only in conversations you start: replies to your texts, questions it needs you to answer, requests to approve an action and links to its work. It doesn’t send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with how much you text it. For example:
- Yesterday's sales were $4,210, up 12% on the day before. There were 2 refunds, $61.50 in total.
- Approval needed: Refund $45.00 to Maya Chen (Stripe). Approve or decline it here: https://unamo.ai/?sessionId=5f2c9e1a
- To continue, sign in to gusto.com here: https://unamo.ai/browser/8b1d4c7e
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. You’ll get one text confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@instasize.com.
- You can also remove your number at any time under Text Unamo.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Unamo doesn’t charge for texts. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The full program terms are in the texting section of our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and texts: we never share your number or your agreement to receive texts for marketing.
